Orthotics Insoles partner with An Post to deliver all our online purchases. Custom made orthotics are not posted to our customers. Custom made orthotics are required to be collected in our clinic after a fitting appointment with one of our physiotherapists.
Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the parcel, which will be delivered by A Post. Where An Post is unable to find someone to accept delivery and the address can be located, a calling card will be left in the letterbox for the recipient to contact An Post and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or arrange re-delivery.
