Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned to us by the customer, and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
Returns PeriodWe accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch provided the goods are still in saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened etc.) A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included so we can identify the return as yours.

Return via Post Office (Republic of Ireland and International)Post the goods back to us, via your local postal service or preferred courier. Enclose the invoice or order confirmation email. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer for change of mind returns.

Simply take your returned items and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into ReBalance physiotherapy, Dublin 2 within 28 days of dispatch. The staff there will look after the returned items and our online team will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order.
